Oh they know but they don't care, Selling cards to warehouses pumping out AI slop is their primary income, They couldn't give 2 hairy low hanging bulbous Houdini's about gaming.

Not just this driver, performance has steadily degraded with every new driver, although this depends on the game...

But,but you will saved by DLSS4.5 where you can upscale from 720p to 4k with better image quality,right? That is what reddit keeps saying.
TBH,when I had an RTX3060TI I started to notice this too and stuck on an older driver.
