Had some fun in the gym today...

mrthingyx ------- 95 / 135 / 170 ------ [93] ---- 400kg

It wasn't pretty, but it still went up. :)
Big 400, congrats. Form wasn't the best, but not "that" bad. your setup was already wrong from when you started. Make sure to stick your arse out and have your back straight when you position yourself to start the lift. I'm sure ice can write a whole paragraph to exemplify further. :D

160/210/270(s) - was 128kg this morning so might as well update that too :)

you just wanted to be in that 1st place, admit it! ;)
 
when going for a 1rm I tend to make bigger "jumps" to avoid fatigue.
For example, if going for 170 I'd do:
60x8
100x8
120x3
140x1
170x1

Warm enough to not injure yourself but still with full energy.
I pulled 200 on Monday as well. Haven't deadlifted over 180 in ages, my max is 220 but this 200 went straight up with very good form (unlike my back arching 220 from a year ago)

I noticed there's a 2013 powerlifting totals topic floating about, I take it this one will be archived eventually?

I'm happy to keep this updated as well if the general consensus is that this stays.
