Big 400, congrats. Form wasn't the best, but not "that" bad. your setup was already wrong from when you started. Make sure to stick your arse out and have your back straight when you position yourself to start the lift. I'm sure ice can write a whole paragraph to exemplify further.Had some fun in the gym today...
