I've just taken the plunge and bought an M1 Max 14". Lovely bit of kit but I'm in need of a case ideally with a microfibre inner, and a dock or hub for connectivity (usb, ethernet, hdmi etc). Any suggestions?

I’m back partially in Apple land. Used iPhone 13 Pro for £640, Apple refurbished iPad M1 Pro 11” and Apple Watch Series 7. iPad should serve for my personal computing needs and may upgrade the iPhone if the 15 is something special.

Bro, are you ok?

Your Apple->Windows->Apple switching has gone in to overdrive this last year

It has been pretty mad hasn’t it. I think it didn’t help that I used my Mac for work and then it’s shifted to me having to use my work laptop instead of a personal machine.

If anyone is looking for higher than 1 Gbps networking, you can get an Anker 2.5 Gbps USB C Adaptor for around £30. Works well.

I find the 10 Gbps really expensive, and they are meant to run really hot. Happy with it so far.
