just bought the asus thats on sale atm

using a dell 2408 , 3700 + processor

my pc has turned into a crawl ... everything is running slowly ... can anyone suggest wy ?
 
Hi guys, just fitted my old VF900 on this and damn it has reduced temps loads, my case is a wavemaster so rubbish for airflow but its now at 49C at load with stock clocks. Time to overclock I think.

Ok so how do I change the shader clock under ATI TOOL? I can do ram and core but not shader?

EDIT: How long do you reckon I should run ATI TOOL before I get bored when stability testing?

AND I'm guessing its fine having those tiny Zalman heatsinks on my ram and mosfets?
