Had my 44mm stainless steel series 5 with saddle brown leather loop delivered yesterday, very pleased with it to say the least.

Previous watch was a 44mm series 4 silver aluminium.

One quick question my notifications are not showing on the watch face, I get the sound / vibration something has arrived but have to tap the watch face to actually see them, always on is turned on, but raise wrist is turned off (trying to conserve a bit of battery).

I got my 40mm watch yesterday.

cellular is not yet enabled.

with mostly default settings, from full charge at 7am the watch reads 46% battery remaining at 10pm. light use with one gym workout.
no audio playback.

I would therefore assume that if i went clubbing until 3am the watch would still be going.

So yeah, the battery on the 40mm is not super strong but it’s good enough to get through a
long day.
 
Same as you @Besty had my 40mm S5 LTE for a few weeks now, and that's roughly my battery experience... a couple of 2-3 mile dog walks, no music, the odd voice call, answering the odd message.
