But you deserve one...
You're right and I do. See the link in my signature ;)

Do tell what you will do with this data? Flawed science and data at that. If it says you only slept for 5 hours instead of 6 or 7 what will you do? As you can tell it's a pet hate of mine and such massively flawed data. Firstly they are pretty poor at doing the job and secondly the data they are gathering isn't all that useful.
Before the Apple Watch, I used to use a sleep monitoring app on my phone and I stopped that when I got the watch. When I realised that it really was absolutely zero value whatsoever, I stopped wearing my watch to bed.

Thanks for the video, watching it now.

Anyone ever had issues with 'wireless signal too weak for Apple Watch to unlock this Mac'?? I'm trying to work out how they watch directly communicates to the Mac. Is it bluetooth or wifi? I've tried putting them both on the same 2.4 network but presumably it doesn't even communicate through the router anyway as that wouldn't make sense. I know the Mini bluetooth is patchy anyway so maybe that's why it doesn't work half the time?
Ventura 13.3.1 (released today) has this in the release notes as a 'resolved issue'

"- Auto Unlock your Mac with Apple Watch may not work"

much more accurate sensors

Apple appears top of the pack when it comes to sensors and sleep tracking.

When the Apple Watch first came out, there were a lot of people saying that a wrist based heart rate sensor couldn’t be as good as a ‘proper’ chest sensor but this was said as a generalisation without any evidence.

When it was tested, it was found to be very good and totally on-par with more expensive sensors. The trouble is that this incorrect perception has continued kicking around.

I did a direct comparison between my iPhone and a Garmin with a chest sensor and they were pretty much both exactly the same.

Its the the first apple watch I have had which has had celluar on it,what are people's opinions is it worth the £7 a month to activate it ?
Depends if you think you're going to use it. When I was still very active and was out and about a lot, I had it on mine. I used it once without having my phone with me so I ended up cancelling it.

What does everyone have on their Ultra Modula watch face?
This is what I'm actually using.
