No one really cares about women being in it or disabilities. There is however an agenda being pushed by corporates because it looks good to say they're inclusive.
In the same way the media will discuss an issue where 99% can be in favour but they also present an opposing view as if the issue were a 50:50 split. Most views should get an airing (maybe not some of the extremes) but they need to have context.
I've seen how the press can misrepresent people first hand
Tl;dr there are large public and private concerns who do have agendas and will distort the truth for political or financial gain. The young are always the prime target, religions and politicians know this!
It isn't just a game it is also a tool to change opinions and influence others. You seem to have the awareness to realise this but many don't. EA should stick to making fun games and leave the politics out of it.
break it down for you. social media is the big sell now. last game had a coloured guy on it.this time year of the women.they got a women on it.they do it on purpose.its bait.social media went crazy about it because most people are stupid.look at all the womens rights this that and the other in the media over the last year.that is why a women is on the front.
the game they have obviously took a look at what is current and being played.they invited pubg cerator at the early stages.i knew instantly what was being planned.he wasnt there for breakfast or iced buns.theyve created what they think will be a merge between the BR games and battlefield. for me personally i think its a stupid move. many who want battlefield want eg that.we have BR games that suit our needs.if you want a change or your slice of battlefield you want exactly that ! not battlefield BR.
this will end up like hardline.popular for 1/2 months then dead.
