80 quid?!?!?!? i ordered my pc collectors edition a week ago at normal price with no problems. Are they really all sold out?

out everywhere down here mate and imposible to order online from anywhere, don't forget that included taxi fare though as well, I asked them to keep it a day but they was'nt having it, I did'nt have time to go over the via public transport so had to get a cab to deliver it, £45 for the game and £35 for cab fare, so was that bad really, I wonder how limited this CE sets are really gonna be.

Sorry to hear that mate. Hopefully 2k dont screw us and refuse to replace them. Get in touch with the place you bought it and let them know. The more borken ones are reported the more chance they will be replaced.

Just got home to see the state of Big Daddy, it is his drilling arm which is broken, but i could possibly repair it with some superglue due to the way it is made it slots back on. But tbh it is still the principle after spending this much on it.

FFS!

Saying "spoiler warning" then having the spoiler glaring underneath it hardly helps to not notice the spoiler!

Put it as the same colour of the forum background, or put it a good few lines underneath the warning, at least!

:( Spoilt it for me now!

yeah same

can we set up another thread for spoilers? (hear the anti-bioshock people sigh)

Is the game one that you can roam around freely?

I'm really picky about FPS games, they have to be different. I liked the Darkness for that reason.

Its linear but you can wonder around for as long as you like, i do this so i find everything possible in the levels. Ive been probably playing it for about 10 hours and im only on the 4th level.

Can you interact with things/people? :D

Not really, apart from body searches on corpses. There are the repetitive signs to read though.

The audio tapes you find around the place are awesome though, a great way of telling a story.

I'm stuck on the Darkness... don't know where to go on the bit where the helicopter's shooting you. The map on that game is absolutely rubbish! There's no "you are here" marker or anything, just a big box of an area saying "you are somewhere in this box" :p

It's like having a map of Worthing which just has boxes for "Durrington", "Salvington" etc with no actual detail/roads in each of the boxes... :(

Which helicopter bit? If the second one when your chasing the bad copper guy you just keep climbing the roofs until you get to the top then when the heli comes at you for the last time just jump off the building and he'll manage to lower himself down.

The atmosphere wouldn't translate and you have shadowrun for FPS with magic death matches.

I just thought it would be good for like a objective game type.

Using different tonics and plasmids. Not plasmids like decoy but like the electric one, fire one and ice one.

Have you played shadowrun? It's like a more open, fast paced, deathmatch/CTF version of bioshock.

Hey I live in Worthing too :D

I cant put my finger on why but i got bored of shadowrun very quickly, not saying its a bad game mind. Appologies for giving away some of the plot boyos i will use adaptive camoflague text from now on :p

I really liked it but it took forever to get a game going so I gave up on it. I think it would be far superior to a multi player bioshock anyway.
