Defensively, Eubank's looked much improved but he has zero attacking IQ. Apart from the straight/uppercut combo it's just aimless swinging. Get that sorted and he might actually become a decent boxer but he's struggling to take out a punch bag tonight.
I see your boxing knowledge is on par with your football ;)

Fair play to Eubank, a bit wild on the offense at time, but that was just total domination.

Smith should've just stayed at home, offered nothing whatsoever.

One of the strangest "fights" I've ever seen.....

Literally nothing from Smith.... Would love to see the punch stats - if he threw 30 punches and landed 10 I'd be amazed....

So weird......

Looks like he said 'I'm moving!' after the stoppage, yeah but you also need to throw a punch back at some point in the fight.

Well done to Eubank for changing it up and avenging his defeat.

How you assess that performance though in the grander scheme of things god knows cos his opponent didn’t turn up. Have to see how he does in future fights to see if he really has turned a corner in his career.

10 rounds to take out someone that stood on the spot and didn't throw a punch? Suppose you're used to watching poor attacking performances though.
It was a very good performance from Eubank. Bearing in mind the stakes for him after the humiliating defeat. Eubank's jab worked very well and the straight uppercut was breaking through the guard. He then threw plenty of combos. I can't fault his performance. Very controlled and got the stoppage without really taking a shot. I'm sure we will get an excuse from Smith but he was outclassed.

You must've been watching a different fight, no answer suggests he tried to do something, he didn't.
He couldn’t do anything because he thought we would be fighting the same eubank from the first fight and his game plan went out the window when he realised it was a very different fighter he had no answer to it . He couldn’t adapt and paid the price ,then blames his ankles

I'm a bit confused, didn't Smith go up in weight to fight him the first time? Now making the weight was an issue?

Eubank Jr calling out Benn, Brook or GGG suggests he's only interested in the money rather than going for a title. That's part of my criticism of him. Never really stepped up to the top level despite having opportunities. In some ways I can't blame hiim and perhaps it shows a weakness in the middleweight division.
