I dont see how sending him to prison is good for anyone
Its obviously needs dealing with but im sure common sense will prevail and he will get some sort of warning etc and the gun will be seized and destroyed in the uk
A month on remand. He’s screwed. I think he’ll get 6 months.Been remanded as well,so he's going to prison
Because in the us you canWhy would you take a gun on a flight you got to be some kind of idiot
Intent though?According to:
Firearms – Possession with intent to cause fear of violence – Sentencing
www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk
Minimum is 6 months. Not sure impact nationality has when dealing with tags / early release.
When you read the article it also covers no intent to cause harm etc - just seems like a click bait headline ha.Intent though?
I figured possession with intent might be different from just possession. E.g. knocking on someone's door at 2am with a gun in your pocket Vs a gun in your suitcase (not hand luggage) whilst boarding a plane. When you read the article it also covers no intent to cause harm etc - just seems like a click bait headline ha.

Wonder if he'll get a slap on the wrist due to his job/obligations to his fighters/brown envelope/fancy handshakeThat's with 'intent for violence'. So that doesn't apply. What probably applies is the below. He probably didn't look to cause any harm, but he probably did have
Medium culpability, although his lawyer will try to argue for Lower culpability, based on his clients understanding of American law
Firearms – Possession by person prohibited – Sentencing
www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk
So a fine, community service and maybe up to a year in prison depending on how the judge rules
Canelo vs Charlo next good fight comming.
From his perspective he's been stupid but I think it looks purely like stupidity rather than malice.Wonder if he'll get a slap on the wrist due to his job/obligations to his fighters/brown envelope/fancy handshake
Its boxing you never know (packman did it many times) i hope Charlo will pull this offShould be a good fight. Though Canelo has to be a huge favourite because he is both Canelo (lets be honest. He's already 3 rounds up) but he is also the larger guy. Though I do believe that 'Mell is better than 'Mall.
If he pulls it off, that will be some statement.

They should 100%.I almost hope he doesn't. Not because I dislike him but the talks about Crawford going up to see Canelo... I can't lie. It makes my mouth water at that prospect.
Plus, for better or worse. The US just loves to make boxing about race. They can't help themselves, they just can't. Though, because they love to make everything about race, whenever an African-American and Latino face each other it's always an amazing show because the crowds really turn out. It's why Floyd went on a spree of beating up Mexicans on cinco de mayo.
In America nothing sells a boxing match more than bringing race into it.
Edit:
This is really disappointing news to me. The Serrano vs Ramos fight is looking like it'll be 12x3 minute rounds. That would be a huge step in the right direction for women's boxing but the walking Liability that is Mauricio Sulaiman has decided the WBC will not sanction the event and the WBC belt no longer on the line.
Ridiculous. These women are professionals they can easily go 3 minute rounds. I think 2 minute rounds are part of the reason Women's boxing isn't thriving as it should. Just when they get into the round, the round is over. Longer fights would give us more KOs, I bet.
I don't follow MMA but aren't the women's fights the the same as men's?
There's less ko's in womens boxing because they simply don't hit as hard. Sorry but for me it's a hard watch at the best of times. I like watching women in the cage much more.I almost hope he doesn't. Not because I dislike him but the talks about Crawford going up to see Canelo... I can't lie. I've not heard to term put onto QS before!I think the extra minute on each round will make a huge difference. If you get put onto Queer Street at the start of a round it's a much easier task of surviving for <2 minutes than if you had an extra minute on top
It would benefit some fighters more than others but I think it would benefit the sport as a whole if it was 12x3 for Womens championship bouts.
Never ever? It's a really old boxing term haha. Pre-dates me by a few decades at least.I've not heard to term put onto QS before!
Queer street is a colloquial term referring to a person being in some difficulty, most commonly financial. It is often associated with Carey Street, where London's bankruptcy courts were once locatedNever ever? It's a really old boxing term haha. Pre-dates me by a few decades at least.
