Edit: the cut does look legit to be fair and he looks in decent shape. It probably just is an unfortunate accident

Completely unsurprised, rumours have been going around all week about him getting turned over in sparring, if it's not some self inflicted injury like the time he rolled his ankle training to rematch Vlad.....

Looks like it might be right where the secondary cut from the Wallin fight if it's legit.

Kind of hope he gets stripped now, it's probably going to be another 6 months if rescheduled, his last mandatory was what? Whyte 2 years ago? With a Chisora pension fight and crossover circus bout with Ngannou where he got embarrassed in between.

He'll probably just retire for the 4th(?) time spouting that he's the best ever etc.

Also, I bet Froch is loving it after John Fury came after him spouting nonsense this week :cry:
 
I've gone 360 on Fury, never really keen on him, really liked him during the Wilder fights, but he's just milking it these days and seems to think everyone's an idiot but him. What's the time frame to heal from a cut like that? 3 months? 6 months? So the WBC title remains locked-up for half of 2024.

Thing is if they do we'll never get a bloomin undisputed champion! Though we probably won't now anyway as I'm sure one of Usyks belts was on about stripping him of it anyway cos he wasn't fighting his mandatory.
 
Fury pulling out of the fight.

Was always going to happen. Not a chance Fury was ever going to actually fight him, the guys an absolute fraud
