i dont know much about networking and stuff but will dedicated servers truly sort all the bullet sponge/death around corners etc?
 
No more death streaks... I'd **** myself if they included one of the more annoying death streaks like Painkiller/Martyrdom (or created a brand new one) as a perk :p

Even if they get the perks, weapons and killstreaks just right I still fully expect them to screw up else where such as maps, connections or the spawns.

You getting either of the new consoles?
 
Too much stuff coming out on PC and 360/PS3 for me to bother at launch, PC is also 5 years old and blue screening randomly so that will be replaced before getting a new console.

I won't say no either because plenty of stuff could change within 6 months.

the witch class from MW2 is back, as a kill streak this time, oh yeah and you're a juggernaut meaning it takes stupid amounts of bullets to kill even if you do see them coming before the stupid lunging and run speed. More stupid knifing BS from Infinity Ward. Here it is in action. A whole clip to down somebody ? can't see this being annoying at all :rolleyes:

Its essentially a way for them to change the map around copying the "dynamic" battlefield that BF4 has, but because there is no real destruction in COD, its just a killstreak

I don't know big maps are good thing or bad as I hate all the big maps in blackops2 i.e turbine,aftermath and drone etc.

It's a good thing for me. I hate small maps. One or 2 is ok but a game full of them - I'm looking it BO2 here - is just rubbish. I don't like constantly spawning and dying.

As for dedicated servers: I don't think they're actually needed if for a game that's only 12 players. COD4, MW2 and even BO1 show they don't need them. They just need their netcode running right. It would be nice to get them and it'd sure **** off a few people that have ****ged this game off for not having them.

That skull with rainbow picture is a perk called Ping. When you kill an enemy, any enemies close by will show on the mini map. Yay! More noob friendly perks!

Video explaining how Sat Coms work:

1 on map = enemies shown if a team mate is looking at them
2 on map = normal UAV
3 on map = faster sweep for UAV
4 on map = advanced UAV(like from MW3 not like a VSAT)

If you have a perk called Wire Tap equipped then all enemy Sat Com's are added to your own teams.

Going by those I'd probably run Blind Eye, Off The Grid, Sit Rep and Wire Tap.

I like the idea of COD but really don't see me preordeing this. I have given in on others in the build up but can't see it happening this time.
 
that would be my guess

their way of creating 35 perks appears to be splitting every single ability in the perks into separate ones. For example engineer in blops 2 allowed you to re-roll care packages, and see enemy equipment. They've obviously just split those into 2 separate perks.

Agreed regarding Dead Eye

Just another BS perk that will do stupid things to balance.

It looks like scavenger on replenishes ammo and not lethal/special grenades, just like in MW3.

And with that one retarded decision they have pretty much killed any desire for me to play this game, well what little there was.

It's fine for the morons who run into the middle and die 25 times a game since they don't need scavenger to resupply their lethal/tactical, but considering I was dying less then 5 times a game in MW3 it meant I only had 1 C4 to clear out a room of campers and more often then not it wasn't enough. Scavenger in MW3 was also the reason I used motion sensor over trophy systems/EMP grenades because it was just a complete waste since you can't get more of them unless you killed yourself.

And there's always going to be someone out there claiming it's a good thing saying that you can't resupply claymores/betties, but honestly there's enough crap in the game that counters them and even protects you from them that if you die to them all the time it's your own damn fault, in MW3 there was blast shield, ballistic vests, stalker, sit rep, EMP grenades and flash/concussion. Also stalker being one of the most used perks made betties/claymores pretty much useless anyway.
 
Tweet them then. They are 'listening' after all, I'm sure it's a simple change to make.

It really does need to re-supply grenades/C4/tactical.
 
I did exactly that 3 times for MW3 and got ignored each time and they won't listen because my opinion is in the minority even though it makes complete sense going by how much crap in the game they put in to counter everything.
 
They need to drop dead eye. Gambler could be the ability to re roll your care packages?

Dead Eye doesn't give guaranteed extra bullet damage so I don't think it's too bad. Apparently Gambler allows you to use 2 of the same perk :confused: so you can use 2 of the Extra Lethal and get 3 lethals. Seems a bit pointless to me.
