I found the choice of so many models, versions and ROM's so confusing that I bought a OnePlus 3 instead... still a Chinese phone though, of course! :D

I got that case and glass screen protector as well. Really pleased with the quality.

Also would like to thank you for the simple MIUI8 flashing guide you posted earlier, updated no problem. :)
 
Right,i have had my oukitel k6000 for 3 months now (cost me £80) and wanted to give a quick update.

Personally i cant find anything wrong with it,its quick,battery is amazing.
 
Tiny testimonial from a very happy Redmi Note 3 Pro owner... Went on a bit of a mad one Friday evening and lost my phone. Was banjaxed Saturday and in I don't care mode, today I find my phone in a mates front garden. 96 missed calls and numerous WhatsApp/texts etc. 8% leftin the tank

I got kicked in the pool, by one of my mates kids (messing around). Can confirm a pool will break a redmi note 3. :/


Didn't have time to sort out insurance, still on my old phone. Do I just go back to my Note 3 (samsung) or buy another Redmi?

How long till the Redmi 4 comes out?

Went in a box of rice overnight.

Through my experince, with the amount of chemicals in the pool and that I couldn't get it to switch off - it's gone. :/

Wheres the cheapest place to get one, UK, as again I'm off on holiday soon and need it quick! I'm useless with phones.

I note it states Redmi Note 3 and no mention of the Pro... The Pro has a Snapdragon SoC, not the Mediatek of the non-Pro. Could be why?
 
There's no mention of the 3 Pro on the eu.miui.com site either, so unless they are the same ROM... I looked before, couldn't see a definitive answer so though best of trying ha
