I'm guessing they're Pc screens with a controller vs console?

I honestly think the pc will look similar to what we have now just with higher res etc, i think these were general bull shots as with most games these days

I cant think of many pc/console ports that look as different as this would

...The thing I'm not keen on is the enemies not spawning...

This is to prevent farming for souls and forces you to explore further to advance. I quite like it, but the game would be a lot easier if they reappeared!

Swear to God the plunging attack is completely broken. The amount of times I've just slipped over the top of them is stupid.

I've found it the same as it was in DS1 to be fair.

I have yet to witness the despawning enemies, leveling seems fine i dont see a need to grind, but i was jumping for an item on a ledge last night and died a few times then though i had better leave it because if i die much more, the rest of the area would be ruined!

I've found it the same as it was in DS1 to be fair.

It's no where near the same. I'd literally touch enemies and slide off and do no damage,

Only had the issue a few times, same as I did in DS1, so it's been consistent for me.

Have to say the dedicated servers make invading and summoning a dream. Invaded about 4 people in one area with only around a couple of minutes between them. I wasn't even actively looking as it's a part of a covenant.

Had loads of fun last night when I kept getting invaded during one of the levels (belfry?), had three people invade me at once at one point! Luckily they killed each other and I picked off the winner!

What's the best way to limit the invasions on your world! Unlike DS and DkS where you can completely prevent invasions, I know u can't do that here... But is there a way to make it less likely? Bit of a wimp when it comes to getting invaded

Ahh right so they have kinda flipped it this time round, going human helps prevent invasions. Although I'm aware it don't disable it completely.

Wouldn't say it's doing too bad.

Not to mention the large number of 9-10 rating it's getting from most sites.


If anyone's looking for the guide you can buy it from Amazon US for around £18 here.
