No HDCP on the 1707 and 1907 it seems... I hope this doesn't mean they'll be omitting it from the 2407 too.

I still can't believe how few monitors have HDCP support. I'm not aware of a *single* 24" screen that does!

I may be wrong, but I thought that HDCP had a mechanism for blacklisting certain decoder chips if they were found not be used as they were intended? I'd expect that this will be used to revoke the decoding keys for devices like this...

HDCP doesnt bother me, i love this monitor to bits and i havent been able to test games on it yet as i have to wait another 2 weeks for that until i get my new machine.
