A blank spec :o

Holy moley :D

Think you missed the spec matey :D

That's looking good... I'm very tempted now. HDCP-enabled DVI connection, plus VGA S-Video and composite is exactly what I was looking for.

Assuming the price is reasonable I think I'll get one. Do you know if the 2007 will have similar connections?

not really, no. It was only released for the 2405FPW and considering there isn;t much development in the 24" sector from panel manufacturers, they don't really have a lot of choice. It's an excellent panel anyway, and perhaps the main thing that is letting it down is the response time. If this reduction to 6ms translates into a real improvement in performance then it will be very nice, and the addition of HDCP is a good thing too :)

yep. No change in the panel at the ISO black > white transition, but this has pretty much been the case for TN Film, PVA, MVA and IPS panels for a while now. 16ms is about the limit they have managed to achieve at this transition, but with the application of overdrive they've done some good things with grey transitions.

How did they lose 4kg ????

I'm guessing the stand is lighter... the one on my 2001FP is over half the weight of the screen probably!

Also, I'm glad to see they aren't going to castrate the inputs like they did on the 3007FPW :)

I'm just trying to list the differences between the 2405 and 2407:

12ms -> 6ms greyscale
HDCP-enabled DVI connection
4kg lighter

Please feel free to add.. As I'm not sure it's gonna be worth the hefty price tag for me...
