So the codes ive been given apprently are set to be used till tomorrow?! and no matter how much i talk to Xbox they keep telling me i have to wait till tomorrow as the codes aren't set to be active till the 24th, which is a bit weird as everyone else is playing fine! and on the email from bungie it says you can start playing right now!

Anybody fancy giving me an xbox one code so i can start playing now :D
 
Just been having a good play of the Xbox one version and it looks identical to the PS4 to my eyes but is so much nicer to play with the Xbox controller rather than the DS4.

I think I might change my order to the Xbox version.

You'd be missing out on the exclusive DLC for quite a while though, there's no way I'll consider the Xbone version of this game when I have both consoles but do what you're comfortable with.
 
I think I'm just getting a tad bored now as have explored what I can find, maxed all three characters and no new armour or weapons seem to be popping up now.

So my current loadout is Titan.

It's meant to be 900p compared to the PS4's 1080p for the Beta and Bungie will make it 1080p for launch.

On my 47" TV from 4 feet away on the sofa I cannot tell them apart. They look the same to me.

Don't mind waiting as there is plenty to do in the meantime. I just find the XBox one controller so much nicer for FPS than the DS4. On a game I will be playing for hours this is more important to me than a some DLC that will be released at some point.

I'd have to replace the gloves and boots, that would drive me mad until replaced.. took me ages to get new boots on my Warlock.

Is there anyway to start off the download on my X1 remotely? Can't believe this was so easy to do on 360 but doesn't seem possible on the the One? I've redeemed the code on xbox.com but there's nothing further to do.

I tried to do this but could not find any way to do it. I think it's something they are adding at some point.

It is annoying as you think they would have at least included the good bits from the previous consoles and then worked from there. It's stupid we have next gen consoles with less features than the last gen ones.

I think the smartglass app does it if you redeem through there

i thought if you redeemed it on the web it chucks it in the download que of your xbox?

I added my code through xbox.com, turned my XO on, went to my games and app's and it was sitting 1 'tab' to the right of all my installed games.

I know the feature is coming in the next update, which is good.

Oh right, maybe it doesnt on the one if you do it over the web (it might do if its in the next update and your running the xbox preview)

As far as i can remember reading, you can redeem it on the smart glass app and it downloads it (have never tried it)

i haven't even been able to redeem my codes as apparently they are set to be active till tomorrow....
