Game need to move with the times and see that people want more for there money, they dont want to have to spend more to gain say 3 guns and helmet!

If they offered similar pricing to amazon aswell as all the DLC they get, they would make far more money!

FatFishMonster ur right **** helmets and other cosmetic junk. I went for limited only to get the 2 expansions
 
I'm going for the normal edition. I'd rather see what it's like and figure whether or not I can justify buying the map packs separately as it might not keep my attention long enough. I didn't get to play the Beta only the alpha which I enjoyed but time will tell.
 
I've jumped ship, again... (XB1>PS4>XB1).

Desperately need some friends, especially for some hardcore Destiny fun when it's released. Please add me.

Same here. Loved the Beta, but controlling my excitement and going standard digital download for now. I know I'll enjoy it for at least several months, not sure about longevity after that.
 
For me Destiny is first New game on PS4 worth having console for.. Rest i play on PC master race :D

Trying to decide between digital & hard copy for this... I really want to go all digital this generation but the cost is starting to take the mick really!
 
On my PS4 there was the option to pre-order (and presumably to pre-load, in time) Destiny on the store.

Now Ive moved to Xbox, nothing on the store. Please tell me a) digital download will be available on day 1 on live and b) it will preload.

pre-loading digital downloads on xbox one doesn't start until Fifa 15 / Forza Horizon 2 I believe. It should be available day one, although yeah i'd rather be able to pre-load 2-3 days before.

That'll teach you for being a turncoat :p

Depending on your internet speeds, you might be able to download it at midnight and play it in the morning, you don't really lose 'game time' if you do that. I read something about being able to play a game on the xbone before its fully downloaded(so core files and the first map areas), similar to how some MMOs patch so maybe it's not all doom and gloom. I don't have an xbone myself so I cant verify if such a system is in place on the console.
