Well managed to do G55 last night and up to G60 but was a bit spongy so had to be careful!

here is my crusader if anyone has any tips to improve

As above but I also noticed you haven't geared your Templar, try and get it a thunderfury, bul kathos ring (0.5% dmg per second to all mobs around it) wyrdward for the stun from lightning damage from thunderfury and for the neck consider maybe ess of johan to pull all the mobs in together. Freeze of deflection for more stuns is also nice as your shield.

There are a few variation builds for Templar but for me I think the stun and group pull build is best. For example if you want more stuns swap bul kathos out for justice lantern as the block chance on that ring helps proc even more stuns from the sheild

Try and make sure each item has block chance (neck and sheild) for more sheild stuns and every item apart from the relic with attack speed for more stuns from wyrdward. Finally cooldown reduction on everything except relic for more Templar heals!

Just a little quality of life thing to consider as the above changes can help you out a lot in tricky situations

Edit: forgot to say make sure you equip the Templar with the immunity to death relic!

The other real option for Templars is:
Eun-Jang-Do & the Oculus ring.

Eun-Jang-Do as the weapon for him will perma-stun bosses and rift guardians once they are below the life total point (17-20%) this is also generally the bracket that their attack frequency etc will increase.

The Oculus Ring (especially for ranged characters) is amazing, since it gives you a massive damage increase for the downside of needing to re-position occasionally).

Perm-stuns everything once it's below the threshold, but most times you melt them too fast to really care about this.

Freeze Deflection & Block Chance are really great for the Templar too for more CC & Ess Oh Johan for the pull and the final CC.

as far as getting better gear goes do you have a better chance just grinding rifts and greater rifts or would just doing bounties be better? I havnt had a new set pattern drop for days now when i used to get 2 or 3 per run.

i stick to doing rifts and grifts, what difficulty are you using?

I'm not an expert with the thorns build (only played a couple of hours), but here are ways I think you can push the character on.

Belt of the Trove is a must, it will give a perma 50% damage reduction from the 4 piece set bonus of invokers. Your shoulders have no vitality on them. If you still have the opportunity to roll them, roll vitality. To increase your toughness further, you could go for Coven's Criterion. It's a decent shield that's easy to get, it's a reward from act 2 bounties. Until you can get your hands on an Akarats Awakening shield, that is.

It also shows you are using the Hack but also have the Hack in the cube. You would be better off finding a Pig Sticker for the weapon you use and possibly a Blood Brother in the cube. After all, you will need to have your block chance up as high as you can when you get Akarats Awakening so you can decrease the cooldown of Akarats Champion quicker.

Finally you have skills bonus on your pants/boots that you don't actually use. If you can get them replaced, I would do that.

A few of them steps will lead to you being considerably tougher. As long as it doesn't make too much of a sacrifice to the thorn's damage you are dealing, it should put you in pretty good standing.

Just got my 6 piece on my DH and got the Karlei's and Lord Greenston last night. Gonna try farm some T5/6 till I fill out the rest of my gears with legs. Then I can start pushing GRs.

1 question did they stop the whole system of either picking too upgrade a gem or key in GRs?

Do we have a OcUK clan that we can join? If so are there any requirements?

We do have a clan, no requirements to join. It's not very social/active though, needs some restructuring and advertising here to get more on board.

I've been pushing GR's without a follower, I'm guessing gearing a Templar properly will get me an extra few levels?

It won't give you a few extra levels but it will make things more manageable in tricky situations, the regular stuns keep you alive, grouping mobs up is better killing efficeny. Bul'Kathos does kill mobs but slowly, it won't make a big difference but it certainly makes a difference. If you're ranged I'd probably suggest using Occulus over Bul'Kathos but I don't know how often it procs on the templar.

i stick to doing rifts and grifts, what difficulty are you using?

Rifts have a higher MF chance than non rifts, at least that's what it use to be many patches ago iirc. But I'm not certain! Certainly more density so you'd expect more drops.

Torment X rifts for key farming and deaths breath and Greater Rifts to gain paragon levels, level gems, farm Forgotten Souls is what I tend to do :p

Bounties is only for the mats when needed.

I'd join the clan, but I don't remember what my Diablo 3 nick is... I'll have to check when I get home from work.
EDIT: Nevermind it's Deathjester#1177

Speed farming:
Witch Doctor

WIP:
Witch Doctor

Much of the WIP gear is only in use because it's ancient and procs the LoN bonuses

Sure just leave your ID and officer will add you so we can send you a invite. Only requirement is enjoy yourself :)

Clan is a bit dead right now I always try too speak but everyone is busy speed farming haha. If we get a few more peeps it should be good fun.

It not dead but active people are either

1. Shy - people keep to themselves for some reason

2. Didnt see the messages. A good option is to turn off clan loot notification so it is easier to read clan chat.

it is fustrating and i pointed this out a few times, it something we as a clan will need to try and improve upon. It definitely better than it was before. (which wasnt hard :p)

Probably been asked a ton load of times before...

Is the ocuk clan recruiting? I'm around Para 640 on a crusader, wondering what clan life in this game is like!

Trox i added you last night, can you let me know if you confirmed it yet?

Hi guys, glad to see you've got a Diablo clan on the go.

I play seasonal for about the first month or so then get dismayed at my total lack of impact on end-game stuff (real life always gets in the way!)

Anyway, if any of you want to add me for a bit of group play, i'm Monolithic#2321. I'll endeavor to stay the course this season, but we'll have to wait and see :P

Damn work and life getting in the way of my quality Diablo time. Hopefully be back on this weekend. Would like to try and push a little higher than 73 on the barb board but hate leapquake so am switching to charge.

Having some odd graphical glitches at the moment as well. Sometimes molten explosions do not show up, though the sound is still there, along with some other graphical glitches. Have re-installed my graphics card drivers and that has not helped so might have to try re-installing Diablo.

Was wondering where you had been hiding the last day or so!

2. I always do this at start and block out general spam too.

I have seen a few people online whenever I get online, but we need a few more :D.
