The first thing anyone should do is set the contrast up right! It makes one hell of a difference.

Here's my YouTube stream of the XB1 version, you will see at the start it's all washed out, then later in the video I adjust it.

If you are on PS4 you have until Friday morning but as usual with Psn it does take a while to download the 26gb.

I was expecting it to take ages but mine downloaded in a couple of hours which wasn't too bad. Stupid XB1 being earlier than PS4 :(
 
Was a hell of a lot faster downloading than Destiny updates usually are....still had to run overnight mind.

Think I might have to go for the PS4 for Friday evening sofa + beers session with the Destiny crew :cool:
 
Hmm I did like it until I got to the bullet sponge boss guys. Now I'm not sure it kind of ruins it a bit....... Shooting hundreds of rounds into a guy before he dies does not feel right.

Edit - Still liking not really sure what is going on with the Dark Zone but it's fun...

Bosses are meant to be tougher though, aren't they? Is there any point in a boss that you could one shot? I don't get it, and I've read it before here. It's an RPG and bigger badass enemies have more HP than lesser enemies. But this has always been so!

I honestly think some bosses are designed to be fought by a full team rather than on your own. In the Alpha I ran solo all the time, and felt a couple of bosses were definitely meant to be attacked by more than just me on my own!
 
It just feels a bit weird shooting a guy in a jacket that looks like any other guy hundreds of times to kill them. I know it's an RPG it just seems a bit odd as it is set in a realistic kind of environment.

Still enjoying it though although I'm not really sure what is going on... :-)
 
Hmmm not bad actually, nice looking game. But as someone said, some of the bosses are bullet sponges but then coming from destiny I suppose it's something u get used to.

Liking it so far albeit only being a beta version, could be the game to finally kick my destiny habit as the missus keeps saying lol. Mind u there are a lot of things going on in the game, which could be a good or bad thing.
