I have a feeling the reception of The Division is going to heavily influence development of Destiny 2.

I've pre-ordered to get in the beta just to see if it lives up to the hype or if it turns out to be another Ubiflop.

There is a no doubt a lot of us will be heading back in..

Caught a ~3 minute trailer of the Division before a Youtube video last night. Started thinking "meh" but came away with a more positive view of the game. I can certainly see the parallels being drawn between it and Destiny.

One major question from me though - Can I customise a female character with Pigtails?! This is far more important than any fluff around content, performance, visuals etc...

(Seriously though, can it be done?)

Well isn't there a Destiny "2" rumored for this year?

nobody really knows what the plan is now that bungie has discovered micro transactions and realized the fans won't stand for churning out 3 DLCs a year with 4 story missions and a new raid each that makes all the old raids obsolete.

MS have paid for some exclusivity with the Division I believe. They had rights over the Alpha and I think they're getting some other content first.

As long as proximity chat can be turned off if you want to....
