My vector melts things way faster than my Caduceus, I only use that as a backup weapon in the DZ. My Caduceus is probably a crappy one, my DPS drops 30k when equipping that over my vector.

If they sorted out the High End Division Tech bottle neck they would, i'd happily be using an MP5 or an Aug but can't afford the crafting mats to keep rolling :(

I spent all 12 of my High End Division Tech on 4 AUG's :D  Managed to get Crit Damage + Crit Chance, as well 24.5 base crit chance. Its a monster, seems like the whole mag is crits

It's not bad but dear god the recoil on it is ridiculous lol. Start at the chest and u end up shooting at the sky lol.

I've just adjusted to taking a few shots then re-aiming then shooting again. Seems to work ok-ish I guess, will need to mod it a bit to see if I can get the stability much more nicer.
Just hold the right stick downwrds ever so slightly :p

Melts through enemy

just been flying threw a challenge mission at lincoln tunnel. arguably the only good group ive ever ended up in... and it bugged out at clearing the tunnel. it was bloody clear. arghhhhhh

These daily missions are pretty much impossible solo, horrible.

Grinding up to 150 phoenix credits is going to be nigh on impossible.

No they aren't. Unless you're mistaking the daily hard missions for the daily challenging mission.

The challenging missions are effectively strikes and designed for groups. The daily hard missions are a walk in the park once you get some decent gear.

Every day usually has 2 x daily hard missions and 1 x daily challenge mission.

Ok I swapped my high end mags in my guns.

Mag size/weapon damage is now in my vector
Mag size/rate of fire is now in my awesome pink AK
And I really prefer it it has improved both weapons for me

The challenge mission are most definatly a royal PITA! Couldn't even get past the first lot of shotgunners with some random group.

But on the plus side, I've been picking up some decent purple gear running the General Assembly mission with random groups.

Don't yet have enough PC for the Vector yet though :(

I think one of the major problems is people getting to level 30 and then immediately trying the Challenging daily when they just don't do nearly enough damage. The missions are not particularly tricky, it's just a case of 'does your group have enough damage without getting swarmed'.

Level 30 now with maxed BoO finally.

Now the real grind begins I guess only got a blue ACR and converted SMG but they served me well to this point, what weapon should I get now?

Did them all now with random groups something which I thought would be impossible when I tried my first :p it's just a matter of time before randoms gear up and learn the missions.

Just did a random tunnel challenged mode also and got 3 high end items. Ilvl 31 magnum, gear mod then the reward. First time I seen high ends fall off a boss that wasn't in the darkzone

Pakhan and if u can, the m1a first wave marksman rifle. Absolutely tears enemies apart from a distance. Pakhan with the right mods will melt enemies as well.

I think DPS primarily. That and health are the stats I've been watching when getting new gear.
ok was going to recommend the liberator if you where going tech.

I would recommend a good marksman rifle for running the tunnel to gain quick PC. The m1a first wave is better than all the current highend rifles.

So
m1a first wave if there is one for sale.
HE vector blueprint or the Black market AK blueprint. Vector has better dps but the AK has far better range. I love both.

The parkan is a good lmg but I only use it now if I run out of smg or assault ammo.

Run the final mission a few times on hard to gear up with purples

Slightly concerned about the longevity of this game. 30 now full high end (albeit not the best gear) sitting at 140k dps 65k health and 30k electronics. Some min maxing needed. Now grinding to dz50 to get the dz Phoenix credit blueprints and get me an AUG or navy mp5.

However apart from that grind I am just at the mercy of the random loot gods. Doesn't feel overly satisfying.

Dz is a bit better since the update but people have found rooftops with only one ladder up (not even ramp) so it's just full of 4 mans going rogue running up to this point. People coming up are melted before the getting off the ladder animation is completed. They come down kill some more run back up there.

That coupled with the fact once someone gets a bit of distance from you there is no catching them, which makes rogue hunting very tedious.

I'm enjoying it in the main. However some very small and easily remedied issues are making it hard work. Not refering to loot here, I'm not saying loot should be less grindier or easier to obtain. But perhaps more of it? Or atleast more variation. Shotguns are pointless and 90% of people go vector/m1a to dz aug at dz50. Few others might bring out the Midas/liberator/ cadacus. Should tell the developers something...
