Pugging lincoln tunnel is fine, I haven't managed to complete any other challenging mission in a pug though.

Spending a lot of time in the Dark Zone but I'm not getting any yellows whatsoever.

Anyone on around 8pm tonight for some challenging runs?

I should be on tonight if you need a hand. :)

My stats might be a tad low (~100-110 / ~45-55) but I can play the support game (flashbangs/Support station).
 
I would say as a general rule of thumb:

80-100k DPS
40-60k Stamina
10-20k Electronics

This sort of level means you will be doing damage (decent enough), not dying from the enemies merely looking at you (although <50k the shotgun rushers & snipers will make very short work of you) and supporting the team overall by choosing perks which don't rely as heavily on the underlying stats.

I imagine you could get away with less DPS if the rest of the team are higher but I wouldn't want to go in with less than 40k stamina.

I also imagine a group from here would be much more accommodating to a "lower level" player joining than a PUG/ matchmade team.

Cool. Might be on a bit later....sick note today. Did manage a couple of Lincoln Tunnel challenge runs earier, first one was pretty smooth but the second took forever! Running 68k health, 55 ish dps.
 
Good luck rolling +crit chance on firearms mods, I must've ripped through 20 so far and seen maybe 1. Incredibly irritating.
 
2+ hours working through the consulate challenge mode. Glitch into the wall just before the last boss dies and get booted back to the safe house. Can't get back to rest of the team.....ragequit.

Strongly worded email at work tonorrow!

Its just like nightfalls on Destiny, wipe start again.

Only thing was in destiny that lead to allot of ways to cheese each nightfall (I stopped playing after the first expansion so don't know if it got better).

Though after blowing 30 HE div tech last night making 5 gloves and 5 MP5s all of which were dreadful I need a better way to get the stuff.

RNG is RNG but right now RNG Jesus hates me and took all my HE Div Tech.
 
Well I had great fun last night even attempting to get into the game. Kept getting Delta errors.

Once I finally got in I exited the Crypt safehouse only to be insta-sniped by a LMB from a nearby window (most likely two hits but too me a couple of seconds to deduce W T F was happening). I attempted to kill said sniper but the glint was coming from between floors and there was nothing to actually hit.

I did manage to get up to the floor where the sniper was only to have her/him/it spawn right behind me... *fun times*

Anyone on tonight for some chill runs through the easier challenge modes? I have a hit a bit of a wall stats wise.
 
I seem to have hit abit of a wall as well now.

Can run the hard daily missions solo no problems, however I can't even get past the first stages on the challenge ones even when in a group of randoms :(

Currently sat at around:
96k dps
62k stamina
11k electronics

Could really do with grouping up with some of the xbox regulars on here, will be online tonight from around 20:30 if anyone is around.
 
Might be on later. Ill at the moment and didn't sleep so ran through lincoln tunnel challenge a few times. I've been using the M60 mainly so I splurged on the M249 para blueprint...big DPS bump!

I've been running an LMG and shotgun in challenge mode, using revive first aid and fire turret to support. LMG is great for suppressing enemies as they try to use their skills, 177 round mag FTW.

Rolled Accurate, Stable and Dominant (meh) on the para which seems pretty decent although I have no idea :P
 
I currently roll with the "meta" - Aug / M1A, but I picked up the classic AK47 yesterday from the Advanced Weapons Vendor and with the right add-ons (stability & increased crit chance) it is quite nice. It came rolled with the increased headshot damage perk which I like.

I do want to find a decent LMG but I haven't found or seen one which I though "yes this should replace my current loadout".

Support wise I switched from my turret to flashbang sticky bombs as the LMB engineers tend to use it (turret) against you (seriously I have had it hacked despite not seeing an engineer anywhere near it... I have seen similar on streams as well). Same goes for seeker mines. I then run Support station with ammo mod for my other skill. I have the talents set up so I reduce skill cooldown when healing others and prolongs the skill itself on kills.
