Please post your clocks and settings with screenies please.

Just Ordered two for a couple of builds I'm doing will post clocks shortly.

3.6 GHZ for 58 quid would hilarious TBH.

Just put the vcore to 1.55 v and its under water on a DQ6

Needs tweaking as I cant get the chip to boot at 3.3ghz at all.


TBH I will spend more time tomo.

Will find the top clock at stock vcore though stable but TBH I'm just interested in what these chips can do.

I'm keeping ths one @ 3.2 ghz until July when the quads get dropped in price again.

3.2 ghz is plenty and I notice no HIT when editing and encoding that makes me want to rush out and get a 4mb cache.

59 quid offers great value :p
 
The more I use this chip the more I can't belive I only paid 59 quid for it.

I'm keeping this until July when the price drops hit.

Cache is no biggy here and at 3.2ghz it nips along quite nicely :)

sometimes it pays off .

I sold my opty 170 combo 1 month before the AMD price slash

Got

100 for my DFI
260 for my opty 170
and 160 for my Ram.

Had no PC other than my laptop for a month but when C2D arrived my upgrade cost me very little.

Cant figure this mobo/cpu combo out at the moment.It will sit happily all day at 3.2 but then stress it and it falls over.

I'm stable at 3.2ghz but having trouble booting at 3.4ghz.

TBH haven't really tweaked lately had to much on.

Edit - RON, i can boot at 2.6 and run orth ok but it crashes on other things :confused: So dont understand how its ok with orth but say, when i tried to burn a dvd it crashes. lol

Sounds like your ram is set wrong.

Run orthos blend test and I bet it fails.
