The Official E3 2007 Thread

Of course it's each to their own, and PC is getting some cracking games there, although as you say, they are on Xbox360 only, so I think I'll probably get them on that.

if somebody said to me 'here is £600 for a console and games' i would proberly pick the x360 but maybe in a year the ps3 if they get more better games even then to i would prob get myself a quad core cpu tho :)

IGN has Haze's exclusivity for this year and through the 1st quarter of next, so anytime april onwards for PC and xbox 360.

I think UT3 will eventually go to the 360, but I don't think Haze will and there didn't seem to be anything suggesting at E3, as far as I could tell anyway?

Haze is definately going to the 360, Free Radical have said as much, UT3 is assumed to be going to the 360, i honestly don't know if Epic ever announced it for the 360? But i think it will be the same deal as Haze, this year plus Q1 of next

No worries I won't lose over either of them going to the crapbox. More FPS's is something I could do without :)

Bring on Singstar ;)

Bit more Rock band info from EA conference at E3
2:45] Rock Band is not just a game or a title, it's a platform for delivering and exploring music in a new way, he says.
[2:46] Every single week after the game is released there will be a new batch of songs online. They aim to have thousands of songs online.
[2:46] There will be a Rock Band advisory committee set up which will include celebrity musicians, who will help decide which songs to include.
[2:46] Celebrity alert! Little Steven takes to the stage.
[2:47] He will be the chairman of the Rock Band music advisory board.
[2:47] He thinks the game is fun, and that it will introduce a lot of great music to people, and that it will help a lot of upcoming musicians.
[2:50] He is going to announce some of the songs. This is just the beginning, he hastens to add, so if you don't see your favourite, don't panic!
[2:53] He announces a selection of titles. The Who "Won't Get Fooled Again," David Bowie "Suffragette City," Bon Jovi "Wanted Dead or Alive," Tom Sawyer, "Rush," Nirvana, "In Bloom," Stone Temple Pilots "Vaseline," Foo Fighters "Learn to Fly."
[2:53] They will be offering full albums on the platform. The first to be available for download, will be The Who's "Who's Next".
[2:53] They will also be releasing a "substantial amount of tracks" from Metallica, including "Enter Sandman" which will be on the game disc.
[2:54] A group take to the stage to play Bowie's "Suffragette City."
[2:57] It's all over, kids.

Metallica !!!!!!! NICE

Just watched some new Burnout stuff on gamespot live. It's gone open world free roam style  with totally seamless multiplayer no lobbies etc.

Brothers in arms was also on looks very very nice indeed.
