Indeed, Dead Rising 3 looked brilliant. So much on screen, running over terrain with no loading, and the area was VAST. All that while running graphics closer to the likes of Resident evil 5, Yes a 360 game, but the scope is what makes it impressive.

Then Forza with its AI processed by the cloud. I wonder if the cloud will work in a similar way to what having a Phsy-X card does. Improves while its available, and then goes flat\stale while there's no cloud available(Still runs fine!! Just not as impressive)

Ryse looked gorgeous, and God of war style fighting during massive epic battle scenes?? Another definite buy.

And then WITCHER 3!!! :D:D Now open world, looking fantastic.

I honestly think some people won't be happy... EVER. They're set in their ways, oh. DO NOT WANT.
I really enjoyed that too. (Exclusive) Games Im really interested in are:

Forza 5 - naturally
Project Spark - these create games can be marmite, but always interest me. Looks like a better realised Spore
Crimson Dragon - OMFG Panzeer Dragoon OMG!
Dead Rising 3 - Game of the show for me so far - potentially could be great fun and better than GTA5.
TitanFall - Its Respawn :(, but its scifi with mechs, reminded me of ET:QW. Very nice if they get the MP balance right with the mechs.

Ryse was disappointing, just the way it plays, looked nice - just simplistic gameplay. Cross between Heavenly Sword and GOW to me.
What have they done to Rare :(

Am disappointed MS didnt address or at least mention the uproar post launch event, something to just acknowledge that they staged that wrong would have sufficed. Not saying anything just leaves that possible bitter taste after being excited by their E3 event.

ps3ud0

OK, only interested in Forza 5 ( maybe ), RYSE looked good but to much QTE in the gameplay.
£429 for a console that half the TV/PVR side of it not working is taking the pee TBH. TitanFall looked good but not onto multiplayer gaming, so ATM shall keep my PS4 pre-order and see what Sony have which tbh I think will be much better this year.

It doesn't cost an extra $170 for shipping and VAT.

You think those are the only aspects with regards to setting a price? a straight conversion and throwing on VAT?

What about the economy of the country, and the business heads and analysts?

They essentially work out a base cost, and the the analysts weigh up what profit margin they want to make, and then they weigh it up against what they think the general public can afford\are willing to pay.

its not just a currency conversion

Nothing really impressive from Microsoft, i did expect them to alleviate some of the things being sent around the internet, but they just ignored it completely.

Most of the games they showed where just your run of the mill generic action game.

Glad I'm not the only one who wasn't blown away. I felt most of the games there were just lacking (something intangible).

When I started gaming I was drawn in by games that were creative, new, intriguing. In today's presentation we witnessed small evolutions of old, old ideas.

And lots of FPS.

Also would say it was a decent presentation. Just wished they would have addressed some of the policies they want to implement regarding the console. Also do we know how much games will cost?

I don't think they would risk doing that and taking more internet flak that could overshadow the games they have just shown off.
