6pm just ticked over on my ipad at least and there's a tad under £15k still required.

Almost 1.239M in fact, I think it'll make it around midnight or so. Really do hope it makes the 1.5M mark though for those extra ship designs.
 
just pulled my £150 pledge dont really have the money and quite frankly paying for a game that might not even be as good as it says over a year before its even made is madness
 
It seems to me moving at a faster pace now, and by the time I post this there will be less than 10K to go!

It will have huge comercial benefit, just like in real life the further you are from resources the more they will pay, also far greater chance of finding amazing mining zones, conflicts, instability to profit from. The fringe of the galaxy is going to be big money but big risk.

8.5k left. It'll easily hit target today.

do it I'm at the £90, was thinking about the £100 but decided that I wouldn't have the time to test or be able to contribute in any kind of meaningful way.
 
Wonder if they'll tell you what star system your station ( or planet ) will be in , or if you just have to find it for yourself ? Agreed, a station out on the fringes will have more potential for amazing mineral finds etc ... but the risks will be much greater. Will be interesting to see how many players venture that far into deep space - particularly in multiplayer mode with the risk of pirates.

These are the same surely? But according to the notes on the £25 "except the limited £20 reward" its unique?

The £25 pledge is the £20 pledge, plus additional starting cash. It's one or the other.

I was confused also, and asked them for some clarification, which you can read in post #849 but which doesn't really help much, unfortunately!

I will just have to increase my pledge, I think, but will probably leave it until tomorrow now.
