The rules are a bit confusing/poorly worded on this.

What happens with subs? It says subs can be made each day but players who are substituted out will score 0 points.

Does that mean if they are on the bench during a game they will score 0?

Or if they have scored points in a game and you sub them out they lose their points?

So it is a gamble if you want to sub out a player who already has a few points, if you think his replacement will do better, or even play altogether.

All this squad rotation is playing havoc with my team. I'll be lucky to break 30pts at this rate.

Really banking on Germany and Spain clean sheets tonight, assuming the regular defenders are no rotated.
