I was roaming in a Tri gang last night about 10 to 20 of us returning home, scout reports local rising next door, we prepare to engage, scout calls local "still rising". We break from the gate as local hits to 170 :eek: Bob fleet!

Couldn't have been a worse system to get stuck in, only a handful of planets, 1 belt, 2x gates, less than 10au wide. Fortunatly they moved on and only claimed a Deimos that lagged on the gate, and a curse that was caught on a planet.

I saw Badmanedmundo in local and assumed that was still one of muffins chars.
 
How in gods name are you supposed to do "The Assault"

I have two 50% hardeners of Kine and therm giving near 90% resistance, Best named Pulse with Multi Freqs and I STILL can't get anywhere without needed to warp out, and best of all, I GET JAMMED!!!

The only way I can see of doing it tanking myself and getting a mate to do the damage...

GRRRRRR bloody mercanaries :mad:
 
Thanks for all the in-game help so far, especially those two people who gave me 200k for repairs. (Don't worry, I use repair mods now)

Should be flying a Thorax by tomorrow if I can afford it!

Is there anyway to stop me forgetting drones? Must have lost 30+ due to warping.

still is, only heard Deimos at a planet early on, rest was fish in a barrel, kinda boring :(
 
The Assault is easy as long as you don't shoot the trigger ships.

Basically clear a wave out before hitting the trigger ships, otherwise you can end up with like 3-4 waves of ships at once, and thats when it gets really messy...

If you do it a wave at a time its actually pretty damn easy.

You say that, but you're forced to take on 2 groups in the second room.

Oh, and the triggers have changed on the Guristas version, tis the Conquistador in the 2nd room, and the highest bounty BS in the group by the gate in the first.

Edit; What's everyone's highest bounty payout? :p I was going to get bored in Guristas Extrava earlier so I started setting drones on the frigs when there were 1-2 BS's left and I came out with;

Got 10.6m on the Assault just now, but that was with 2 accounts going, so it doesn't really count. :p

Level 4's are hard, for an experinced BoB pilot, with maxed Domi. should have stuck with the Hulk.
 
Last nights Level III Gurista "kidnappers"
3.7 mil payout to me and there was three of us ganged /in a fleet. :eek:
