Basically as far as I can understand :
1) With planetary interaction you'll be mining materials from planets.
2) Those materials will be used to build things, in this case POS towers, outposts etc.
3) planetary interaction not fully released
4) no ability to currently obtain these new materials
5) CCP left NPC sold pos modules on the market, cyno jammers etc.
6) these can be refined down into materials that should have been obtained from the not fully released planetary interation
7) this meant that with the right BPOs, also seeded you can build stuff vastly cheaper than before.
8) an outpost before was an investment of 10s of billions of ISK, the error with refining POS modules brought the price down to a few billion, using the new P.I materials to help build it.
9) doesn't take an economic professor to see that massive profits are possible here
So CCP have sabotaged their own release lol
They have since stopped all sell orders, so now legitimate buyers who need say a cyno jammer etc can't buy them, and there are probably loads of outposts constructing as we speak across the Eve cluster. They can't delete anything, they can't roll back, they just have to HTFU as they often like to say.
I may be misinformed on some points, and others may not be right, either way it's another massive dent in CCPs QA.
