The *Official* Eve Online Thread

Hello eve players, thought about getting into this just wondered if anyone has a 30 or 60 day trial code? :) i think the current deal is the 14 day trial? I did have a look to see if i could find a Commissioned Officer edition (latest one? so i dont have to dl gigabytes of patches) but i couldnt find any shop that had it in stock.

can i dl the 14 day trial create an account and then also use a 30 day or 60 day trial at the end of the 14 day trial?

Just look 6 or 7 posts above this and enjoy.

From what i understand, you download the client as per normal and then when you set up your NEW account on the EVE account management page, you enter the code and it gives you 60 days time.

Will also teach new comers how you can pretty much play for free with about 5 mins a day login :D

Not a great fan of "time dilation" myself but I guess its better than sitting there with unresponsive modules and not knowing if your ship is still alive or not.

Accidentally created 2 accounts when i was doing it doh!

18 gig space needed :eek: :D downloading now..
 
OK all gallente subsystems upto lvl 4 now for the proteus, now its Advanced Electronics or Electronics Upgrades to V - whatever the skill is :p

I'm training for Covert Ops ships, when done its T2 drones and T2 blasters for the proteus, a few other bits for PI and then its LSE application time...

gonna take over 20 days mind, but there you go it's something to do :p

Seen some videos of it. It doing 2500+ damage in one volley of blasters is not uncommon! :eek:

Plus it can tank till the cows come home as well...

I just gotta raise the damn isk to buy one now :D

They are the new Tier 3 battlecruisers that were introduced with the last patch, they are already in the game :)

Oh right...I didn't think they were due to that patch coming out on Jan 24th and it hasn't got finished pics/designs on there.

Nice either way!

Just seen they aren't even T3 BC's...they are Tier 3....still be nice to have anyway, I love my Myrm...so the Talos will most likely be an improvement on that.
