Jon Jones is slowly redeeming himself for me with what he has been saying and how he has been acting in the build up and in the post match . Hopefully he can stick to that.

Jones didn't look that great, a bit of ring rust i think. DC fought a great fight looked a slightly late stoppage though took so many shots after he was out but funny about saying it was an early stoppage.

Didn't look that great? I had him winning the first two rounds and he knocked out DC who hasn't been knocked out before (in the octagon). He was also fighting DC who is easily the second greatest light heavyweight fighter. I thought he looked awesome considering that was his second fight in 3-4 years.

Bones vs Lesnar in MSG :D

Yep same.

DC did better than I thought, mixing it up a lot more than I expected but Jones is just different level!

Pretty wild night. Lawler and Cerrone, I thought Cowboy won for sure. Great fight though.

Cyborg and Evinger went as I expected but Evinger's toughness was surprising, Cyborg is far and away on another level.

Maia and Woodley, not a great spectacle but well fought on Woodley's part.. 15 or so take downs defended.

DC and Jones. I think DC had the first 2 rounds and with more of the same had the whole fight by decision, possibly KO the way he was landing on Jones. But then the head kick, and that was 5 punches after DC was clearly knocked out. I had no idea who would have won before the fight but my heart was with DC, I'm gutted for him.

Stephen Thompson is "Wonderboy", Woodley goes by the name "the chosen one"

"Wonderboy" my arse, what a disappointment. Like I said, as "Wonderboy" was on the rise (pre-USADA?) I bought into some of the hype and hoped he'd win the belt and be an exciting champ. Instead, we're stuck with whatever that was last night... I guess Woodley's the "Chosen one" to put people to sleep - yeah, that's the best I could come up with!

First event I've actually been excited to watch for a little while, was pretty good overall.

Feel gutted for DC, he looked like he'd done his homework and was starting to land some good shots on Jones, the momentum of the fight was definitely swinging in his favor. It's not nice to see a fighters reaction when they've been properly KO'd like that, the haters will probably get even more on his back about it even though they don't have a clue what it must feel like being in that situation. He came in with such determination, much better prepared the first fight and ended up in a worse defeat, must have just destroyed his confidence.

Jones looked a little rusty in places but I think it was more due to how well DC was starting to fight, hope Brock takes him up on the offer, would be nice to see somebody beat his ass again :D

sorry, from your post i thought you were saying Woodley's name is Wonderboy

that moment when Big John called the fight off and JJ walked away with his hands in the air...
he looked like he hadnt broken a sweat and wasnt breathing heavy, looked like he took the win easily in his stride imo

Great a known drugs cheat is a champion. They should have life time bans.

Struggling to take the UFC serious anymore, especially with cyborg now fighting, she has more testosterone than I do, hell, she has more than the All Blacks rugby team.

Woodley in yet another crap fight, that was a dire 25 minutes to watch.

Jones looked pretty good, I thought DC was doing quite well and took the second round, was some head kick to setup the finish. Absolutely dire reff'ing from McCarthy, how many unanswered shots does it take to stop the fight? If that was Mazagatti you know Dana would be throwing him under the bus.

Dazed and confused. I'd be surprised if he knew his own name nevermind remembering the stoppage :D

Woodley should be ashamed about that fight. That was awful. Maia was so 1 dimensional but Woodley did nothing either.

Bisping v GSP is confirmed by White in the post fight presser. He said no-one wants to watch Woodley fight after that performance.

Great to see Jones back. Good fight and great finish.

Lawler he clearly won rounds 1&3 for me - Evinger gets props for stepping up 10lbs to fight Cyborg but she was totally outclassed from start to finish.

Gutted for Jimi Manuwa - wreckless stuff and got caught.

Some good fights :).
Gutted for DC, he was fighting a good fight and could have done well on points but he dipped his chin to catch that kick.
Both Woodley and Maia were dull.
I wanted Cerrone to win, but thought Lawler took rounds 1 and 3.
Cyborg was clean and clinical, never thought it would go the other way.
I thought Manuwa was too self confident, he has big knockout power but so do most in the top 10 and I don't think he acknowledged that. That was sloppy clinchwork and he was caught for it.
