Good game Tim, shame your connection went to pot afterwards. Went and played against a random afterwards who had a sweaty pace abusing Brazilian team and lost. Might have rage sold that team afterwards :rolleyes:.

I need/would like some suggestions for a decent team as anything I build at the moment I can't get working. Open to any formation, budget around 600k.
 
What the Hell is wrong with the early morning players? So far I've had two rage quits and one rage message where he decided to leave the game after his Ronaldo got a red card. Apparently I'm a time waster, I have ASDA Internet (lol) and I need to learn to play. :D

Passing & Posession play can work out well, but if you're doing it right, you don't need uber duber passers as you';ll be stringing together lots fo small passes, works fine for me w/ Maicon, Carlos Eduardo etc.. but that could work out, never know! :)
 
gl :) found a formation that works nicely for posession & passing and gives me, on a good day, about 85-90% passes completed & a quite fun short game, although I understand it can be a PITA (Annoyance wise) to play against.

respect! I get a bit too impatient for that, but a good game is usually into the 80s. If the connection is bad though, my possession based football usually fails, big time.

Yeah, 90% is rare for me, but getting 85+ constantly is nice, and definately an improvement.
 
I picked this game up recently after not playing it for a very long time, my goodness I'm suffering from a massive dip in form.... and the defending controls are just depressing me.

Last night I played some lad who was completely terrible, had lots of mis placed passes and could not retain possession.... yet the game ended 4-4 :(

Can someone spec me a team thats quick on counter attack? my online team used to be Valencia back in the David Villa days but since he left I've lost my preferred team.

Not really tuition, just trial and error, and I think only bout 120-16-101or something like that, I usually only really play friendlies of late and any randoms I play I use h2h as I wanna get to Div 1 soon! lol
 
To anybody who just wants a badass strike partnership just get Ba/Cisse up front, there too good or Ba/Drogba/ - Cisse/Drogba that would be even better.
 
Cisse as in French Cisse is ok, Cisse as in Senegal Pappiiiiiiiiiiiiise was DIABOLICAL for me in SIF trim.

Although, Drogba can have good moments, I give you that!
