Prior to selling up for this upcoming market 'crash' I vowed to not change from EPL. Well I did and regretted it so sold Ronaldo and some other La Liga players ( I hated the defence and Ronaldo and Messi up front just didn't work) so have just gone for a bit of hybrid of La Liga/EPL side.

I loved IF Richards CB but I love playing with Aguero and Messi up front.

I'll swap Sanchez and Mata round wing wise when games start but have Bale and Di Maria as backup.

I could have had IF Silva or IF Bale, I don't find IF Silva that affective if I'm honest but Bale won't play most games.

I do need to give Young another go, but Nani is garbage, real garbage. Young I do need to try again granted.

I play Bale on the left and he is just brilliant on this game. On the right it tends to be N'Zog or Gervinho and although both are solid, neither are world beaters.
 
most of my team has sold. im sat on 395K with about another 90k to sell.

so looking just shy of 500k for a 41212 EPL team.

what are the main formations to go with EPL? excluding 442.

I find Silva a bit meh these days, used to really like him but prefer Modric now. Silva is also insanely expensive, you had Gerrard yet Andy? Would he damage chemistry too much or?

Gerrards class, very expensive, but class.

He's the ultimate all rounder, can do everything.
 
Aye he was really good when I had him, if you're not getting on with IF Silva you could try Stevie? only link you'd lose would be to Fibreglass.
 
He's just really good at everything.

edit: Attacking positioning 85, Tact. Aware only 68 so I'd assume he'll be like High / Medium so more attacking.

He was crap in goal for me :confused::(:p

Seriously though, played Gerrard at CDM in 4-2-2-2 and he was great, stayed back defensively but when we had the ball he would push forward, get into spaces but not run up into ST zone as to leave me open, and his shot was like a Saturn V rocket taking off!

Quite a good passer and amazing long shot taker. He does a lot of ball winning in the middle of the pitch as well if you have him in that kind of role. Not sure how much you paid for him, but I picked one up on the PS3 at 15,000 and sold him for 25,000.
