Not really. Luiz and Pepe are fairly quick for CBs, and Terry has great positioning and making the crucial tackles despite his pace. If you're not concentrating you can let them slip through, especially if you let them run at you. You have to be quite aggressive with your defending.
With the forwards, they drift in towards eachother and outwards too. Although usually it's the LM/RM that rush out wide for crossing. It means that I have a lot of attacking power, lots of options to switch up the play, and Hazard/Sanchez are good at getting round players/avoiding challenges.
Soldado is a bit hit and miss though, it would help if he were a few inches taller, and maybe quicker. A less pacey forward probably plays to that strength in terms of their positioning, but Soldado tends to play like he's got loads of it. Torres, I reckon, would have that little bit extra. But we'll see.
Song is big, strong and just generally awesome. Lampard is pretty good. Ashley Young has improved quite a bit this year, stronger and more agile for sure. Di Maria is fairly solid, although he does seem to be anonymous the few times I've played with him.
Cech is pretty decent as usual. Not tried any others other than Schezney, but he was just terrible.
Edit: It is a fun formation, but is dangerous if you're not good defensively. I won't say I'm the best, or even close, but it does force you to get 'better' as you'll be trashed if you're not.
