You can play ultimate team offline? I ended up buying some cheap players for 150 in auction in the formation i wanted to play. Chemistry is going up but my defence is very poor.

fine - walked into asda this morning and got a copy. Woman said that there was only about 20 people in last night and a steady stream this morning since about 8.30am.

I asked how many copies they have and she said at least 1500 copies for xbox and 1000 for PS3!

You'll find a copy anywhere.

You can play offline matches but you have to be actually online to use ultimate team as far as I am aware.

The cheapest place to buy the game new is currently Sainsbury’s, with a no strings attached deal of £34.99 both in-store and online.

If you don’t mind trading in some relatively new games then both GAME and HMV are offering FIFA 13 for just 99p, if you hand in two games from a very selective list at the same time.

Exact prices may vary in some stores though, with Morrisons in particular not yet declaring their price. If you notice any better deals over the next couple of days please let us know via the comments system below.

Many shops are opening at midnight to sell the game, including some branches of Tesco, HMV, and GAME. You best check with your local store before setting out though, as not everywhere will be staying up so late.

Potential improvements please

Guessing a better CB instead of Diakite and probably a better LM instead of Leto. Got about 17k so spend plus Podolski I could sell for around 20k but tempted to keep him and build a premiership team!
 
I have been playing FIFA12 for the last few weeks, my son bought it for me last christmas, but only just got round to starting it.
Now FIFA 13 is out will everyone be deserting 12, how long do EA keep servers open for h2h and the like?
