*** The Official FIFA 13 Thread ***

Finesse is so much more realistic, but after 11 & 12 feels like its been nerfed to hell, did what would normally go in in 11 or 12 with Ben Arfa and it floated off to the corner and hit some old man in the crowd in the face! Actually happy to see that, GK pace also comes into play a little bit more now, too!

Still not made my main gold team yet, undecided on 3-5-2, 4-1-2-1-2, 3-4-2-1 or 3-4-1-2-? :(
 
I have to say I was on 41212 with my Serie A team. But I'm finding my Bundesliga 352 much more fun. I took your advice Tim and played a load of h2h games with different formations. I found 352 the most fun to play.

Although that is mainly because I suck at defending :p so my aim is to just try score more goals than the opponent.

Did you pay money for the packs??? Need to improve my team, way to many unknowns...

Am starting to get to grips with Saints on the online mode :D
 
Ooh, just got a 4-1-2-1-2 Santi Cazorla in a pack, pretty much my only good player out of 12 packs opened. Now do I sell him, or build a BPL team around him?

Yup, used real money, didn't go overboard or anything though, I've only bought about 6 packs so far. I've been playing the Seasons mode with Germany inbetween the random UT crashes. :p
 
Caved in and decided to buy Fifa 13 tonight. After 2 Tescos and 2 Sainsburys I have returned home empty handed. All sold out. :( Sainsbury's had a lot of 360 versions but forget that.
 
My PS3 is completely ****ed, fifa crashed trying to start a seasons match and now my PS3 wont boot, just turns on and nothing.
 
Well UT is no better than any other year, just started a team, thought i'd play an online game and come up against a 80% full Gold team while im a 36% Bronze team. This is on the PS3, seriously every year is the same. I lost 4-1 but only due to how bad my players were compared to his as Crouch seemed like Bolt compared to my players and that is saying something, he also made me watch through all the highlights as if to rub it in.

I'm pingwing386 and I'll play UT when it works for me....

It's not looking good, I keep getting failed online games (getting stuck in the warm up area) so my chances of sorting out my UT are low for a while :(

You're going to the wrong sansburys, my locals (even the 24 hours I think) had mountains of copies on the ps3! Come to london colney 24 hour store to get a copy?

Exactly I really do not understand why people rage quit so early on in a game. I mean there's always time to pull back if you try. I've had similar games when the first half I was dominated and was down by 2-3 goals. Second half just really gun for it and focus heck if needed set the teams mentality to ultra attacking ! I've used that and similar to you managed to end up with a draw. Its when you pull stuff like that off which makes the game fun.

If your constantly just brutalizing people wheres the fun in the game. Its all about the challenge !
