Not sure what my goal difference is, but not sure it is far off yours. Lloris is an awesome player, his first game he got injured, but Landreau has done well filling in. Have told him that he can leave at the end of the season, as Lloris is by far the best keeper in the French League.

I am going to try and add Benzema and Menez to my side in the summer as they are the two biggest striking threats to me at the moment, but although Benzema has me as favoured personnel, Lyon want silly money.

I have already agreed to sell Pauleta for £7.5m and Souza for £14m, both going to try their luck in Italy.

Yeah it isn't the best setup really. I think SI Games ought to allow anyone to download and buy FM, wherever they are, and both Windows or Mac versions. I'm sure it'd increase their market. :)

Still the CD game version is OK :p and you'll like it. Once you get the game, post back here about your teams and tactics eh! :)

funny how the games work out, Souza is sat in the reserves worth 1 mil, and i gave Pauleta a free. would love to add that GK, but Nice want silly money too :p
 
i got probs with Van der Vart, he's on 50k a week and i can't offer him anymore dosh to sign a new deal, he keeps getting unhappy asking for a transfer and then asks to come off, this is a loop. my ass manger says i should offer him a new deal. However my board won't let me have anymore money for wages. i have offered him silly bonus and % wage increases but nothing sticks. how can i get my wage money up?

What year are you? Might be worth getting rid of him and getting a replacement for him. :)

Pauleta's offer came in at the start of the season, but because I didn't have any other striking options at the time deferred the deal to the end of the campaign and they agreed, so it was a done deal.

Souza has been playing right wing for me since day one, I liked his stats, however, when the offer come in, it was too good to turn down, and I am more than certain I can snap Menez up for cheaper than that to replace him. Just for info purposes, Souza only has a £4m price tag.

Lloris cost me £7m in the end I believe, but the payments are spread out.

If you get the option, advise him you will consider a new contract at the end of the season, depending on his mentality, he might buy it and leave off the aggro, otherwise as Lister said, might be time to cash in on him.

If you do this, check out Diego at Werder Bremen, and providing he hasn't moved on already, snap him up, otherwise travel up the road to Munich and steal Tim Kroos from them (17 at the start of the game).
 
This Rok Kronaveter is awesome, not even a full season done, bought for £85k, now worth £2.5m. Bagged 22 goals in 30 appearances too.

And sold players worth a total of £14.75m, so i havent broken the bank at all :cool:.

I have Danny Haynes on loan a lot at the minute, he scored 24 goals in 12 appearances for the Reserves, and 9 in 13 for Millwall on loan.

Am Ipswich.

Havent got either of them yet though, i signed Lulinha at the start of the season, he doesnt join till July.

Stancu i just signed, so end of season for him too.

Should be promoted with Ipswich, hopefully come 1st, as i get more dosh for that, haha.

Once i get promoted, ill probably sell a few players too, Kronaveter is wanted by many.

Stancu has scored 25 in 26 appearances, for his current club too.

What a season!!!!

Went on a great run and finished 2nd in the Premiership, one point behind winners Liverpool. Also managed to reach the FA Cup final! 2-1 up against Liverpool going into last 5 minutes, who pops up with a goal to secure the game? PAUL DEAN!! With me since the conference, now scoring in an FA Cup final. What a story!!

Champions League next season please!
