*** The Official iOS 13 Thread ***

So just did my update and everything seems fine, liking the dark mode but sadly not all apps will be back ie WhatsApp, gmail app and various others.
But so far so good, will have to see over the next few days just how good it is.
 
I've done the update to 13 too. Went well and i'm pleased with the changes, liking dark mode and carplay very much.
 
Seems like a lot of the 3D Touch functionality has gone. No more peek and pop, which I used a lot - pretty much every time I used the device.

Bit of a killer for me, and is one less reason to stick with iOS.

Don’t care for dark mode as it’s just a jelly fest with OLED.

I think they have replaced 3D touch with Haptic Touch, basically a longer press and hold. Links long pressed pop up a menu to open in new tab, download, copy, share etc etc.

Yeh I guess it’s just a matter of then updating their apps to take advantage of the dark mode.
All in all everything seems smooth, faceid is a little bit more faster and smoother.
 
Does anyone know why I have messages displayed on the lock screen, not actual messages but rather the app and the now playing box?
