Has anyone had any issues with an Apple Pencil on the beta? I’m running an iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen and suddenly the Pencil has stopped working. It’s connected to the iPad and is detected when charging but put the tip to screen and nada.

For the record, it was definitely the Pencil that was the problem. Nothing to do with the beta.

Yeah, deleted the beta profile off my phone and iPad now, want to see what they plan on releasing as the final.

How do you remove it, just remove the profile and it rolls back?

If you've actually updated to 13.1 then you'd have to restore your device using a 13 beta 8 ipsw, if you haven't updated to 13.1 just remove the profile and reboot your device and wait till final releases.

nevermind it seems pretty stable so I’ll sit tight til the final release

Update comes out on the 17th of September officially, but not sure if its worth updating atm as there will always be bugs and issues at the beginning? Or is it actually really good to the point its worth living with a few bugs just to have it installed.

Currently running with 13.1 Dev beta on my iPhone X and iPad 11 Pro, no major issues I can see yet going from 13.0 Dev beta 8 to this

Usually the GM is released on the day of the event, so the 10th, and then public get it around a week later, gives devs a week to get things finalised.
