I tend to upgrade regularly but starting to calm down. Bought an iphone 16 and thinking I might go for a plus in ultramarine. Anyone gone from standard to plus and how did you find it? Will probably give my boy my 16

I had a 15PM. There’s no need to get it the plus/max version now since they’re both the exact same phone just different size.

The non plus/max are not exactly tiny phones either.

Has anyone used the 16e much? Our work ones now get replaced with these and I'm thinking of swapping out (from an SE)

Not sure the 16e is worth it from what ive seen, would be better off getting an older pro/pro max model

Is there anything you're concerned about it being able to do / not able to do?

It's a decent step up from the SE for me. The camera is a lot better.

Ive got a 16e, its fine, went from 13 (mini and not by choice), I prefer the smaller size, although extra battery life is nice, call quality or speaker/mic seem much clearer. Will be a huge leap from the SE (especially battery) if your getting through work its great, at £600 pounds of your own money not so much, I got mine for £509, so ok.

The tried the paid version of ChatGPT - nope.

Then I tried Grok for the first time and it spat out a great one first try

I've been using Google Gemini as it comes with my Google Workspace account. It works pretty well I have to say.

I think Gemini is great, I tried it 8 months ago and it was average at best. It seems to have come in leaps and bounds

Had my M4 Air for a few months and feel myself falling into the Apple ecosystem.

I'm torn between dipping my toes in with something like a 14 pro or 15 Plus or just get a 16 and pay the extra. Conscious the 17 is out soon but can't see myself paying those prices.
