doh,

finally decided to go for note 2 as had given up on this and how cheap mobilephonedirect are doing note 2.

size, radio, memory but bit more money.

help me, don't know what to do??!!

convince me won't regret N4 over note 2, or S3
 
I want to be sure that it will be a nice upgrade overall from my S (don't care about the CPU, GPU and RAM thus the performance, as there won't be much, if any difference between them when the S gets JB) as I probably won't sell the S on and if I do, I won't get much for it.

Also GSMarena's reviews are the best/most complete and I want to see how the nexus 4 does in their audio test as well as what they think of the screen compared to the X and GS 3.

Yeah don't do that, they don't hold it for you while it's in your basket.
