Yeah I know, but is the person setting up the bomb always Ashley or Kaiden (the two I selected as my shore party for this mission) or would it be, say Wrex and Liara if I had picked them?

Fair enough. Well I think it is better that I chose Kaiden as he is more useful to me. Although I was hoping on getting it on with Ashley. Now I am stuck with that hideous Alien woman I pretend to be interested in for the sake of an achievement.

Kaiden was a bit of a sap IMO, I didn't lose any sleep over vaporising him :D
 
My only problem with Wrex was that he was an utter fat git. He'd constantly get in my way during key firefights and he's just too fat! :D Kaiden on the other hand is a pleb and just repeatedly dies on the higher skill levels too lol

I went with Ashley and Tali all the way through as an Adept, one combat character one tech and me with biotics. The hybrid characters never seemed to be as effective.
 
I'm enjoying the game still. In my first run through on the last planet with 30 hours playtime :).
 
I used to use Tali and Ashley mostly. Tali was adorable :o and Ashley at least wouldn't die every 2mins like Tali. What really annoyed me was that there was a distinct lack of alien armour available in the game. Obviously the best Human armour was Colossus X, but everything else I found for my crew was garbage.
 
I'll tell you one person I HATE. That git who stands on the left of the 3 council members. He always makes nasty comments about humans and stuff. Seriously, because of him I treat the council like ****. I always disconnect them and get annoyed with them. He is such an arse.

I found the Spectre X gear (I forget the name) to be better than any of the other <name> X gear.

Spectre X weapons are the best yes, but there are no spectre armour types as such. Colossus X I believe is one of the highest rated human armour you can get, there is another type too though.

That's Executor Palin. He's a Turian, a race who have the largest alliance fleet in the galaxy. Like a lot of the races, he feels that humans are advancing too fast and doesn't want to see them on the council just yet.
