Grrrrrrrrr June 20th Availability.

I was hoping to get on in the USA in the next couple of weeks :(.

International availability end of August? That's three months down the line, pretty stupid if that's true. Really don't see the point in showing it off now, sure it's coming out in the US in June, but even if they had unveiled middle of June, released a few days later and then August everywhere else it wouldn't have seemed 'quite' so bad.

I'm afraid that's Microsoft for you. Not the first or last time they do that

So they made the pen worse.

Wacom to N-Trig, less sensitivity levels and now requires a battery apparently.

I'm no artist so I can live with that.

I was expecting it 2015, but haven't they gone on record to say it's out this year?

Assuming no delays, it should be in devices for Christmas sales.

Which would have tied in nicely with their October reveals.
Can only assume they thought they had to change it up now and not wait.
Wonder what will happen to surface pro 2.
As its now an odd price. Not really out of place for CPU/ram/had as that's in line with surface pro3, but everything else is basically worse/smaller or just perceived as old.

Sometimes I want to go and ask them wtf are they doing.
Still no mini, no phone and no smart watch/fitness tracker, these imo are all musts. At least we now have fully supported home automation. Late but we got there.

Don't.

That price is not good, the Surface RT is cheaper.

Surface RT 64GB is the same price. I'd go for the Surface RT 64GB personally though, ideally it needs to be £199.99 though.

Microsoft's actually glitched for me, and the RT 32GB is 280 quid, while the 64GB is 260.

If I had a stand though, or someone else had a stand, I'd maybe pick the Asus for the speakers. The Surface 1's aren't great.

The Asus is also thinner.

Selling off. That's an insane price. Goto john Lewis and ask if they have any surface returns. Got mine with a touch cover for £240 and that was what 6 months ago.

So no 4G? :(

No, It might be a certification thing they had to keep it hidden from the FCC but I think they would have mentioned it if it was coming.
