Resale value isn't all that high already. Not sure you'll be saving all that much by selling now. Plus, we're probably still at least 2 months away, if not more, from the official launch date.

Some rumours but more will be known on the 2nd April at the big launch event.
Did you try Echoes of Wisdom ? It doesn't follow the modern, open world nature of BotW/TotK.
No, I think that came out after I sold my last switch which I sold after I finished paper Mario but I will play it on the new one.
It came out in September last year. Of course, Zelda is the main protagonist this time round, but Link also plays a part.
Safe to say Mario Kart 9 will be a launch title.
