Windows 8 on a PC is a dog to use. Utterly crap.

Before you go defending it, don't bother :) I have used it personally and for business use its the worst OS I have used since Windows 98. What were MS thinking?

For tablets and phones, yes. For PC, NO!

Wrong IMO.

I've been running the RTM, since it was released on TechNet with no problems. I am pretty impressed with Windows 8 as its a evolution from Windows 7, everything I have tried on it has run.

However, isn't this a little off the thread topic which is about the Lumia 920?

How safe is that site?

I may wait for CPW, P4U or Amazon as rather order it from a known retailer.

yea the long list of apps is annoying but i just end up with all my key icons on the start screen which works lots better.

i think WP8 might have folders to sort apps into...anyone confirm?

I am unsure on the folders. However, once you installed a number of applications on WP7.5 it will allow you to select them alphabetically which is pretty efficient when looking for installed applications.

Another quick question about WM.

Can you log on with multiple email addresses? For instance; I have my main email address and I use another email address for xbox live. Is it possible to use both? Or is it just one email address for everything?

You can link accounts, but thats done externally from WP. However, I have now moved to a single address with mine.

They are just RRP prices, take the SGS3 for example that had a simlar RRP on release. However, it can be found from various place on the Internet for a lot less.

That said, how many people buy their phones sim free. At a guess not a huge amount, so the contract pricing is going to be interesting.

Also these are French prices, we are still waiting on the official UK prices at the moment.

The wireless charging plates etc... Aren't going to be cheap at first as they are new tech to the market. Look at apple for example they charge £30 for a cable.

I am defiantly interested in the charging pad / pillow, I am sure CPW / P4U should be able to do a deal on these if they are bought together.
