The £169.99 offer is from Tesco Direct, but it is locked to Tesco Mobile (*might* work on O2 and Giff Gaff due to using the same antennas). There are some money off codes knocking around for first time Tesco Direct orders as well.

Resco work off the O2 newtwork I blieve, so should be no problem.

The 920 does take a Micro Sim just so you are aware.
 
I'm really considering getting this as I'm getting fed up with my iPhone 4 now. I'm guessing the 920 is an upgrade on the 4, is there any major bad points on the phone that people have found? Do people recommend it?

Im still extremely happy with mine, its bigger and heavier, try one in the hand first to see if you like it.

Check out the App situation that applies to you and ones you use on the market, make sure you would be okay with the change over.

I'll have to do that then, just completely fed up with the iPhone now, and Android is a no go and I do like the look of the 920.

I'll have to check out the online App store, try and see what's on there that I already have.

EDIT: After looking around for cheap contracts, I found this which is decent enough

250 mins, 5000 texts, 500mb data for £12.50 p/m, I rarely use my data so that should be good enough, only problem is, I wanted the yellow 920, not the black, fed up with black phones, they're boring.

I've wanted the 920 Lumia phone for a while, and these deals make me want to pull the trigger on one.

I'm worried though that its likely due for a refresh soon, due to it being out for a while.
 
Yep, they're also confirmed as the first on stage. With the tag line "meet us under the tree". Which doesn't mean a lot like there other tag lines. Like 41million reasons.
rumored to be unveiling 4phones.

And it does look very good. I dint think we will see the 4rumored. I expect two. 929 and maybe a new 1020. To support quad cores and 1080 screen. The 1020 is the one that would benefit the most from a refresh.
