how do you check the cpu temp?
Download the app CpuTemp from the play store. It has an overlay setting so you can see the temp all the time. When gaming ect.
how do you check the cpu temp?
36 normal and 46 during real racing 3. It goes up higher when using the torch oddly to 54 degrees.Would still appreciate if any of you Note 4 peeps could do this for me....
Could anyone else Also tell me what there idle cpu temp is when on the phone desktop and what it goes up to in games.
This is CPU temp not battery temp..
You can use CpuTemp with the on screen display to check.
If im correct it should be around 35 degres when idle and around 56 or so in a decent game with the default DVFS enabled.
thanks.
Ugh, second handset, still getting abysmal battery life.
So far today it's 11 hours 39 off charge, 1 hour 8 minutes screen on time, with 37% battery left!
Battery usage is:
Android System - 29%
Android OS - 16%
Screen - 11%
Google Services - 9%
Exchange Services - 6%
Exactly the same as the first one. I guess poor signal and university wi-fi really do massacre the battery!![]()
Can you let me know what temp is goes up to.
Since you will have DVFS enabled I would imagine it wont go much higher than 55-60. and What fps you get from the benchmark too.

did my Benchmark average fps: 56.8
2560*1440
performance level High.
Anyone got any dates on when this is getting Android 5.0 Lollipop? Isn't it supposed to be December?
Google is your friendHi.
How do you root this device easily?

Eurgh can't decide between this and the Z3.
I currently have a Z2, but have the upgrade itch. I know I should get the Z3, as it's awesome battery life etc but part of me wants to play with a pen!
