**** The Official Note 4 thread ****

The point being I'd have to charge it in the middle of the day and be conscious about my usage at all times. If I did somehow exhaust the Note4's battery, I could simply pop in my backup one and carry on.

Yes, so your story was not needed. It didn't back this up. I just thought it odd, you justified needing a removable battery with a story where a fixed battery would have done just the same.

I agree, I prefer removable btw.

Having said that, removable 3000mAh or fixed 3200mAh, which would you have? I might now go fixed.

Not had any issues with lag on mine either, using kk launcher and switched to art in developer options, no complaints from me.

I can pay off the remainder of my Note 4 contract for ~£390 if I want, meaning I'd have paid in total around ~£420 for the handset. Purchased brand new on release day. The contract is good enough for me so I'll be keeping it but o2 refresh ftw, seriously!

SamMobile is where I got my ROM.

For anyone with issues with the battery performance getting worse, try restarting the phone just before you charge it up. My phone battery wasn't lasting anywhere near as long as it was originally and I was left scratching my head. However, after a restart it is lasting a very long time again.

wow, just pasted the Samsung store in town and picked up a Note 4 as it's been a few weeks since I last had a hold of one (Waiting for my Amazon to come back in stock ) the display on this device is stunning. Can't wait for mine to be delivered. I had a Note 3 which was great but the overall feel and look of 4 is awesome.

Popped into the three store last Thursday and can upgrade to the note 4 for £30... It was really hard to resist but I'm 50/50 on this or the nexus 6. Plus I'd just purchased a nexus 9 so I'd had my gadget fill.

ThIs weekend however...

Has anyone else noticed their battery is not lasting anywhere as long? I used to get a good 2.5-3 days now I find it dying pretty much every day. This is what I used to get:

Now the "Android System" is using a lot more, like 60% of the total usage. Anyone know a good app to tell me who the culprit is.

i have heard that nova launcher drains the devices battery.

Also wifi can drain your battery far more then your gprs signal due to the way in which some wifi routers keep turning on and off your devices wifi to establish a connection.

all reported with proof in xda
