I've been emailing Handtec and apparently they are going to have stock of a UK version during the second week of October.
Did you understand this to mean that the phone is getting an official UK release?

They said they didn't know.
Yes, that is what they were saying. I had asked if the version they were getting would support 4G on O2 and they said it would support all UK bands as it was a UK version.

If I wasn't on O2 I would have probably got it from eBay or something because its going to be £200 cheaper I think.
Clove are saying that they still have no news on whether or when Samsung will bring them here so keep us posted when you hear more.
Not good news for my wallet. Im waiting for the Z5 but tempted to just go back to the Note. I do miss the spen.
Interestingly 64GB versions have appeared on their site showing as "Availability: Sorry Out of stock". They said that they are still waiting for news from their suppliers and if they get one it would be the Asian model. We'll just have to wait and see.

Does anyone know if a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 SM-N9208 Dual SIM 64GB 5.7-Inch 4G LTE will work on UK Networks? Ideally Three
Well I'm going to HK October and hope to pick one up. But their Facebook page are full of people moaning about how there's no 64GB Note 5. Which is a big joke.

From what I have read on XDA the AT&T and Verizon versions cannot be rooted, so I personally would steer clear of these.
